Contact us

The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. A person reads every message.

Report an error

If a number on a district page doesn't match what you see on your district's schedule or your pay stub, email us with:

• the district and the page you were on,
• what looks wrong and what you think it should be,
• a link to the document you're comparing against, if you have one.

We check every report against the official source and fix confirmed errors. Don't send pay stubs or other personal documents; a description is enough.

Suggest a district

Don't see your district yet? Tell us which one. If you know where it publishes its salary schedule, include the link; it often saves us hours.

Press, partnerships, or general questions: [email protected].

The Teacher File is independent. We aren't affiliated with any school district, union or government agency, and we can't answer questions about an individual's pay or placement; your district's HR office can.
